Terms for Booking Your Umrah Taxi

Please read these terms before booking a ride with Umrah Taxi Service. By booking with us on WhatsApp, phone, email or our website, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: October 11, 2026

1. Our Service

Umrah Taxi Service provides private taxi and transport for Umrah and Hajj pilgrims in Makkah, Madinah and Jeddah — airport transfers, intercity trips, Haramain train station transfers, ziyarat tours, miqat trips, Taif day trips and hourly hire.

2. Booking

  • Bookings are made by WhatsApp (+966 59 670 4817), phone, email or our contact form.
  • Please share your pickup point, drop-off, date, time, number of passengers and luggage. For airport and train pickups, share your flight or train number.
  • A booking is confirmed only when we send you the vehicle and fixed fare. No deposit is needed to reserve.
  • You are responsible for giving correct details. Wrong addresses, dates or passenger numbers may change the fare or vehicle.

3. Fares

  • All fares are fixed and agreed before the trip. There is no meter.
  • Fares depend on the route and vehicle. Example: Jeddah Airport to Makkah from 220 SAR (Camry), 275 SAR (Staria) and 320 SAR (Hiace). Hourly hire starts from 70 SAR per hour.
  • Prices may be higher in Ramadan, Hajj season and other peak dates. The fare confirmed at booking is the fare you pay.
  • Extra stops, route changes or extra waiting not agreed at booking may be charged.

4. Waiting Time

  • Airport pickups: we track your flight, so delays are not your fault and the driver adjusts to your actual arrival time.
  • Hotel pickups: please be ready at the agreed time. A short grace period is given; longer waiting may be charged.
  • Hourly hire: waiting time is included in the hourly rate.

5. Passengers and Luggage

  • The number of passengers must not be more than the seats in the booked vehicle.
  • Toyota Camry: up to 4 passengers, about 2 large + 2 small bags.
  • Hyundai Staria / GMC: up to 7 passengers with family luggage.
  • Toyota Hiace: up to 11 passengers, around 10 large bags. Coasters and buses are available for larger groups.
  • Tell us about Zamzam cans, wheelchairs or extra luggage when booking. If luggage does not fit, a larger vehicle may be needed at a different fare.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Be ready at the pickup point on time and keep your phone or WhatsApp on.
  • Wear seat belts and follow the driver’s safety instructions.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult. Request a child seat when booking.
  • Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles.
  • You are responsible for your personal belongings. Please check the vehicle before leaving.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may be charged.

7. Driver Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time and drive safely, following Saudi traffic laws.
  • Meet airport guests at arrivals with a name board.
  • Help with luggage and treat all pilgrims with respect.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and air-conditioned.
  • Stop for prayer and rest on long intercity trips.

8. Delays and Road Closures

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, police checkpoints, road closures near the Haram, Hajj restrictions, weather or other events outside our control. Our driver will always take the best available route. See our Disclaimer.

9. Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are covered in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse or end a trip if a passenger behaves in an unsafe, abusive or illegal way, or if the number of passengers or luggage is more than the vehicle can safely carry.

11. Privacy

We use your information only to arrange your trip. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

13. Governing Law
