How It Works

Step 1: Send Your Trip Details

Message us on WhatsApp (+966 59 670 4817), call us or use our contact form. Tell us:

• Pickup and drop-off (airport, hotel, train station or address)
• Date and time
• Number of passengers
• Number of bags and any Zamzam cans or wheelchair
• Flight or train number, for airport and station pickups

Step 2: Get Your Fixed Fare

We reply with the right vehicle for your group and a fixed fare. There is no meter and no deposit to reserve.

Step 3: Booking Confirmed

Once you agree, your booking is confirmed. Before pickup, we send you your driver’s name, phone number and vehicle details.

Step 4: Meet Your Driver

• At the airport: your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board. We track your flight, so delays are no problem.
• At your hotel: your driver arrives at the hotel entrance at the agreed time.
• At the train station: your driver meets you at the Haramain station exit.

Enjoy Your Journey

Your driver helps with luggage, drives safely and stops for prayer on long trips. Pay the agreed fare — nothing more.
