- Licensed to drive in Saudi Arabia and familiar with local traffic rules.
- Punctual and polite, and they help with luggage, Zamzam cans and wheelchairs.
- Speak Arabic and Urdu/Hindi, and most speak basic English.
- Meet airport guests at arrivals with a name board.
Our Vehicles
- A clean, modern fleet: Toyota Camry, Hyundai Staria, GMC Yukon XL / Suburban, Toyota Hiace, Coaster and buses up to 44 seats.
- All vehicles are air-conditioned — important in the Saudi heat.
- Vehicles are checked and cleaned before trips.
- Seat belts in every seat. Child seats are available on request.
Families, Women and Elderly Pilgrims
- Many of our customers are families and women travelling in groups.
- Your driver’s name and phone number are shared before pickup.
- Drivers help elderly pilgrims and wheelchair users get in and out of the vehicle.
- Large vans are available so families can travel together with all their luggage.

- Stops for prayer and rest on long trips, such as Makkah to Madinah.
- The best available route, avoiding closed roads near the Haram where possible.
